1. Program and sender

UNFAIR ADVANTAGE operates Better Ads Now. Our informational SMS program provides appointment confirmations and reminders, inquiry follow-ups and customer support. This program does not include promotional texts.

2. Your choice and consent

You may opt in using the separate, optional SMS consent checkbox in our website inquiry form at betteradsnow.com/sms-opt-in. It is unchecked by default. Providing a phone number, submitting an inquiry or booking an appointment does not by itself enroll you in SMS. SMS consent is separate from email and marketing consent and is not a condition of purchase or booking. Messages may use automated technology.

3. Frequency and costs

Message frequency varies based on your appointments, inquiries and support requests. Message and data rates may apply.

4. Opt out and get help

Reply STOP to any text to opt out. You may receive one final text confirming your opt-out. Reply HELP for help, email [email protected] or call 480-470-7283.

5. Eligibility

This SMS program is intended for individuals aged 18 or older.

6. Privacy

Read our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process information solely to operate the messaging service or provide customer support.

7. Carrier disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
